Return & Refund Policy

       We have a very Clear policy in terms of Returns, Exchange and Refund.

• Refund only when courier didn't reach to Customer and product damage.
• Always take video while opening parcel.
• Which will be consider as proof. 
• Claim your return within 7 days of receiving parcel. 
• Exchange only in size issue and Quality issue within 4 days.
• Refund will be credited after we receive the product back in genuine condition. 
• Refund will be initiated only when product is not used. 
• Refund process will take 24-48 hours. 
• Customer have to bear Courier charge for returning the product. 
• The product will be delivered to you in the same way as the picture shown to you before buying. Otherwise, if you do not like the product, there will be no return or exchange. Refund will be given only in case of defects and size problems.
• Refund is available only on shoes above Rs.2000. Shoes below Rs.2000 will be exchanged. If there is a problem with the size, then only the size will be exchanged, no other shoe will be given.
